…Platinum recording artists Marv and Rindy Ross, founders of the successful 1980s rock group Quarterflash, will headline the musical performances at Cannon Beach’s 32nd annual Stormy Weather Arts Festival, Nov. 1-3.
The pair will be joined in concert by Portland indie roots rocker Jon Koonce to celebrate the release of their new CD “New American Blues.”
