                                                                 Camille Scheewe Radich

I feel so grateful to have grown up in a creative, artistic family. My mother Sue is a professional artist and I learned from her that with the right tools and guidance anyone can paint and create. My sister Kim and I have enjoyed many a painting and creating adventures together through the years. Creating together is the one thing that can bring all ages to the same table.
Acrylics and mixed media are my favorite mediums. I am inspired to paint a variety of subjects, loose florals, birds, abstracts with layers of natural elements and also creating mixed media pieces using collage & stencil elements. I have a BFA in painting from Pacific Northwest College of Art, PNCA. Type and Calligraphy are another love of mine. I studied calligraphy at Oregon School of Arts and Crafts.

I have spent years photo styling, photographing and designing books and book covers in our family Business, Scheewe Publications Inc. I love what I do. I am a true blue Oregonian, my creative husband, cat and I live in Portland.

I believe we are all artists, we are all creative, sometimes we just need a little nudge to begin the adventure. Join me and have some fun creating.

Linda, a former math teacher, retired to Cannon Beach in 2014 with a fervent desire to artistically represent the beauty she discovered during her world travels. She quickly discovered her biggest passion was in painting the seascapes and landscapes surrounding her on the coast. Linda is a member of Cannon Beach Art Association, Palette Puddlers paint group and Trail’s End Art Gallery in Gearhart. She is grateful for the many artists who continue to inspire her. Additionally, she volunteers at Cannon Beach Library, has been a board member of Trail’s End and is currently serving as board vice-president at Cannon Beach Arts Association.
