Art Raffle Tickets on Sale

Art News!
The CBAA has secured it’s next ART RAFFLE item, a gorgeous, hand blown vessel by Cannon Beach’s own Jim Kingwell.
Jim and his lovely wife, Suzanne Kindland, are our neighbors across the street at Icefire Glassworks, where they blow glass in front of an adoring audience.
This is one of Kingwell’s Bloomers, which is meant for the garden.
You can see how they catch the light at Center Diamond, where several are installed.
Tickets are $5 each or five for $20 with the Art Raffle Drawing occurring over Stormy Weather Arts Weekend, November 7-9th, 2014.
Thank you to Jim and Suzanne for donating this wonderful piece of original art to the CBAA to raise funds for our innovative programming.

Lum’s Auto Center sponsors Intersections

Exhibit Underwriters play a key part in making the month long exhibitions at the Cannon Beach Gallery possible. Last year, Lum’s Automotive sponsored the Boats Show with featured artist Noel Thomas in June, this is a photograph of the artist and his wife with Pam Lum and CBAA Board Members Don Frank and Mary Bess Gloria.
In August, 2014, Lum’s will be the Exhibit Underwriter for Intersections, a group show featuring a mix of North Coast artists including Liza Jones, Allyn Cantor and Janet Bland.
If you own a business or consider yourself a patron of the arts, consider becoming an Exhibit Underwriter. You will get the pleasure of contributing to the cultural landscape of Oregon in a meaningful way and it is tax deductible!
